Questions before launch
Does the client need to install an app?
No. They book via a link in the phone browser and receive confirmation by SMS.
Can I import clients from a notebook or another program?
Yes. Import from an Excel/CSV file takes a few minutes, and with the Salon package we’ll do it for you.
What about privacy law (Privacy Act)?
We store data on servers in Australia, sign a data‑processing agreement, and the booking form collects the required consents.
Is there a fixed‑term contract?
No. You can cancel the monthly package anytime; the annual one is 20% cheaper.
