How does "first version free" work? What is the catch?
After your three fields and a short brief, we build one version of your site on our own test address. You pay only if you approve it. One free version per business; 14 days to decide; code, files and your domain are handed over after payment in full. If you do not buy, we may show the design in our portfolio without your contact details.
Do you ever call?
No. We work in writing: email, the forms on this site and chat. It keeps a record of every decision and works across time zones. Your customers, on the other hand, get answered 24/7 by the AI sales assistant.
Where are you located?
We are a remote team serving businesses across Australia; our postal address is in the footer. Written replies Mon-Fri, 8 am - 6 pm AEST (Brisbane / Sydney).
Will I own the website?
Yes, once it is paid in full. We hand over the source code and register the domain in your name or connect the one you already have.
Can my business get an invoice and pay by card?
Yes. Card payments (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) go through our payment provider, Whop. We send the invoice details with the quote.
Can I get my money back?
