1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect

Quote and mockup requests: name, email, phone (if you give it), business name, postcode, website address, what you need and any notes or files you send.
Chat and text messages with the AI sales assistant on this site, and, for our clients, on their sites.
Payment start: the email address you enter before going to checkout. Card details are entered only on our payment provider's page.
Technical data: IP address and browser details in server logs.

3. Why we use it

To reply to your request, prepare a quote, build and deliver your services, take payment and provide support; to keep the site secure; and, if you asked for it, to send you our updates (you can opt out at any time).

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries and chat messages: up to 2 years. Customer and payment records: as long as tax law requires. Server logs: up to 90 days.

5. Who we share it with

Hosting: our server is operated by netcup GmbH (Germany). Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) provides DNS and protection.
Payments: Whop (USA) processes card payments.
AI assistant: chat replies are generated by an AI model run by Groq, Inc. (USA); the messages you type are sent to it to produce a reply.
Text messages: if we send texts for you, an Australian SMS provider (e.g. Twilio) carries them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use ad pixels or tracking cookies on this site.

6. Your rights under the Privacy Act 1988

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. Use the request form or email hello@guardlabs.online; we respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

7. Data breaches

If a data breach is likely to cause serious harm, we notify the people affected and the OAIC under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

8. Email and SMS

We send commercial emails and SMS only with your consent, express or inferred under the Spam Act 2003. Every message identifies us and includes a working unsubscribe; unsubscribe requests take effect within 5 business days. Reply STOP to any SMS.

9. Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

10. International transfers

Our server is in the EU (Germany); some providers above are in the USA. We use contractual safeguards where the law requires them.

We will post any changes here and update the date at the top.
